Job Summary
Coordinate location-specific marketing strategies, events, and sponsorships for Pediatrics Plus across the Northeast Arkansas region. Manage weekly reporting on referrals and enrollment projections, submit creative requests, and organize materials for doctor visits and community functions. Act as the boots-on-the-ground liaison to build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and parent groups while attending networking events. Requires nights and weekends availability, travel, and full-time attendance. Compensation starts at $45,000 annually with benefits including 401K matching and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to think creatively
- Maintains a positive attitude and high energy level to facilitate engagement
- Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive manner
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Travel will be required
