Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator for NAI Sioux Falls focused on designing and branding property marketing materials across marketing channels. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Familiarity with Buildout (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for optimizing content and marketing workflows, such as AI-driven design or analytics platforms (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Photography, video editing, and drone operation skills are a plus (or interest in learning)
- Experience creating and sending quarterly newsletters is a bonus
- Excellent writing and editing skills
