Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator at Mussett Nicholas Associates (MNA) to support market awareness and client engagement. You will work directly with firm leadership and project managers to build MNA's external presence, strengthen existing client relationships, and create the marketing infrastructure needed to support aggressive growth. This is a high-visibility role in a firm where marketing is a genuine strategic priority. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include Market Awareness (manage social media presence on LinkedIn and YouTube, develop project write-ups and capability statements, coordinate trade shows and events, support client-facing events like Tech Days and customer forums, draft journal articles and project spotlights, produce/edit video content), Client & Business Development Support (maintain client follow-ups, CRM data, pipeline reporting, proactive outreach), and Brand & Content Management (maintain marketing asset library, ensure brand consistency, prepare presentations and proposals). QUALIFICATIONS include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design or related field preferred; 2–5 years marketing experience with AEC industry experience strongly preferred; proficiency in Adobe InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop a plus; strong written communication for a technical audience; comfortable working with engineers; self-directed with strong organizational skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM and social media management experience preferred. This position could be located in Indianapolis, IN or Raleigh, NC depending on candidate location, reflecting an in-office/hybrid pattern in this posting.
