Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator at One Senior Care to grow enrollment by building community relationships, promoting program services, and executing marketing strategies across the community. Responsibilities include nurturing referral sources and partners, supporting advertising and PR campaigns, creating materials and newsletters, coordinating events and outreach activities, managing media relations, tracking data and budget, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Requires outgoing, confident communication and the ability to balance independent work with teamwork; Bachelor's degree preferred and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Professional experience in marketing, outreach, or public relations
- Experience creating and sharing information through print, digital, or in-person channels
- Experience with older adults is a plus; training available
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
