Job Summary
MARKETING COORDINATOR responsible for assisting the Director, Brand Marketing in coordinating paid marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and social channels; managing internal initiatives and campaigns; supporting website updates and email campaigns; contributing to community relations and campaign tracking; building relationships with hospital teams to ensure knowledge of services and events; handling multiple duties including content creation and coordination with designers and print shops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing/advertising, or journalism
- 2 to 5 years working in marketing, public relations, or a similar field
- Excellent writing skills for internal and external audiences
- Project management experience with ability to organize multiple projects
- Strong people skills for interacting with community leaders and internal stakeholders
- Understanding of graphic design and print processes
- Proficiency with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High comfort with email software, CMS website tools, social media software and other web-based technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment aiming for excellence, organization, accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
