Marketing Coordinator

Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional activities across hotel departments including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Marina, and Events. Prepare and edit marketing copy for promotional descriptions, PR texts, newsletters, and website content while managing content updates and social media preparation. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external creative partners to produce visual materials, brochures, and banners, and organize the hotel's photo and video library. Collect promotional inputs from internal departments and follow up on production timelines with print suppliers. Ensure all communications reflect brand standards and commercial priorities within a luxury hospitality environment.
