Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator (Junior) at NordVPN Team: Marketing & Communications. Assist the Senior Marketing Project Manager with coordinating physical product packaging and manufacturing logistics; support ROI-positive marketing campaigns for retail, resell, and marketplace partners; organize and track promotional activities; coordinate with internal creative teams for timely production of assets; maintain sales support materials; gather data, set up tracking, and prepare basic metrics for channel marketing activity reports; monitor competitors and assist with market research; create project tasks in Jira to clarify deliverables and deadlines; participate in workshops to advance knowledge. Requires 1-2 years in a marketing coordination/PM role, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics), strong organizational skills, Jira experience, and fluency in English and Lithuanian. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination, project management, or similar role (ideally within retail, distribution, or a product-focused environment)

- Basic understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, as well as web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
