Job Summary
Coordinate the Marketing Department’s activities including updating content calendars and web images, managing social media content, assisting in event ideation and execution, preparing internal communications, and handling bookings and department forms. Develop and submit materials for marketing and promotional events, maintain cross-department relationships, and support PR and marketing efforts with strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Uphold confidentiality of payment, business surveys, promotional material, and vendor contracts. Must be physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and work in varying weather conditions. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred; 2 years of hospitality experience recommended. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Public Relation, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality field
