Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department with administrative duties, tours, inquiries, and move-ins. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, conducting community tours, handling inbound/outbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, scheduling and managing marketing events within budget, and facilitating resident move-ins. Requires engagement with referral sources, residents, families, and staff to ensure smooth transitions, accuracy in marketing databases, and follow-up communications. Must be able to adapt to change, prioritize tasks, solve problems, perform moderately complex math, obtain first aid certification if needed, and pass background checks and health screenings. A highly motivated, independent worker with strong organizational and communication skills is preferred.
