Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator position supporting the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, event organization, and resident move-ins. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge to represent the property to referral sources and prospects, conducting community tours, giving tours as a backup, handling inbound inquiries (phone, walk-ins, mail), completing inquiry cards, maintaining the ups list, entering inquiries into the marketing database, and following up on correspondence. Qualify prospects, convert to tours and deposits as needed, organize and manage marketing events within budget, participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral events, and serve as a liaison to residents and families to ensure a smooth move-in. Ensure compliance with a move-in checklist and support team with problem-solving, math tasks, and independent work. Qualifications emphasize flexibility, ability to adapt to change, decision-making under pressure, strong organizational skills, and willingness to obtain first aid certification; health and safety measures including background checks and potential vaccination/testing may be required. The role is full-time with full benefits and involves touring prospects, coordinating events, and supporting move-ins in a multi-state senior living organization.
