Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator role supporting the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, event organization, handling inquiries (phone, walk-in, mail), conducting community tours, qualifying prospects, converting tours to deposits, managing marketing events within budget, and serving as liaison for residents and families to ensure smooth move-ins. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge for referral sources and prospects, handling inquiry information in the database, following up on correspondence, and assisting with resident move-ins as needed. Requires flexibility, strong problem-solving, ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to work independently; includes participation in health/safety requirements and background checks. Required Qualifications
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Able to obtain and maintain valid first aid certification
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
