Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator role supports the VP of Operations with presentations, communications, and day-to-day coordination; creates/edits PowerPoint presentations and marketing communications; coordinates large-scale communications; utilizes Microsoft Teams; manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment; collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and professional messaging; requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business and 2–3 years of corporate experience; strong PowerPoint and Teams skills and excellent written/verbal communication; preferred experience supporting senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
