Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator role (Hybrid) focused on developing and executing strategic marketing and communications for association clients. Responsibilities include creating and managing content across channels (social media, websites, e-newsletters, email campaigns, print materials), developing and maintaining client marketing profiles and annual plans, supporting outreach and events, collaborating with staff and client teams to achieve marketing goals, and leveraging marketing systems (CMS, CRM, analytics) while learning new platforms as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of relevant marketing experience; strong writing, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines; comfort with design tools like Canva and content development for on-brand materials. Travel may be required; role is based in Middleton, WI with a minimum onsite requirement of three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a professional marketing, communications, association, agency, or related role
