Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator focuses on creating marketing materials, coordinating conferences, social media, and working with the business development team. Coordinates and produces marketing materials, consolidates technical input into clear narratives, supports social media and email marketing, assists with graphic layout using Adobe InDesign, maintains marketing assets, and participates in internal strategy meetings to elevate brand visibility. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in marketing, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, strong writing/editing, and ability to organize across decentralized teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across decentralized teams
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and marketing best practices
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Constant Contact marketing efforts
