Job Summary
Execute internal communications strategies and manage the company gifting program, including vendor coordination, inventory management, and apparel store operations. Design, write, edit, and produce diverse content such as email newsletters, social media graphics, website materials, videos, and presentations for both internal and external audiences. Maintain the company intranet as the primary administrator and support company events ranging from trade shows to new hire orientations. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication plans while ensuring brand guidelines are followed across all channels. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, intranet and email automation platforms, and other related software
- Familiarity with using AI Models such as ChatGPT and Copilot
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, communications, graphic design, or related field
- At least three years of graphic design experience
- At least three years of marketing or communications experience
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- One to three years of related experience in medical staffing
- Basic understanding of healthcare policies, terminology, and compliance requirements
