Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing visual content, managing organic social media, and planning events/promotions for the Grand and Little America properties. Responsibilities include leading organic content strategy, producing high-quality video and still photography for social channels, managing social media communities, supporting PR and marketing activities, managing the hotel media library, coordinating with third-party vendors for photo/video shoots, reporting on social engagement, leading the Hotel Influencer program, and collaborating with hotel departments on events and marketing execution. Must work night, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced team environment across multiple marketing and PR functions. Requires proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Later, Canva, Asana), strong communication, and advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Knowledge of Later, Canva, Asana or similar creative/project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
