Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator to support GCX marketing material development for product launches, campaign strategy, event planning and coordination, and virtual product demonstrations. Responsibilities include creating/editing marketing collateral (print and digital assets), coordinating industry events and lead management, developing analytics dashboards, managing lead funnel and website/content updates, collaborating with product management on cross-functional projects, managing ad/promotional content approvals, executing social media content strategy, coordinating content calendars, and assisting in visual content creation using Canva; requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and 0–3 years marketing experience, with HubSpot/WordPress experience a plus. Location: Franklin, MA (Hybrid); Salary: $55,000–$65,000; Benefits include comprehensive package and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of marketing experience (internships considered)
- Experience with HubSpot and WordPress is a plus
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and design/tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Hybrid work arrangement in Franklin, MA
