Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator to support FRAMECAD’s global tradeshow programme and FRAMECAD Connect customer co-marketing, while assisting the Head of Marketing and the broader team. Own administration, systems, and coordination to keep campaigns and events running, manage the tradeshow calendar, coordinate event promotion assets and logistics across regions, ensure leads are captured in HubSpot and entered into nurture programs, prepare post-event ROI reporting, support onboarding for FRAMECAD Connect partners, keep website and partner content current, manage marketing administration (purchase orders, invoices, GL coding), and provide day-to-day support to the marketing team. Requires at least 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination or events administration, experience coordinating B2B tradeshows or events, strong CRM/digital marketing platform skills (ideally HubSpot), proficiency with SharePoint or similar systems, excellent written/verbal communication, cross-cultural awareness, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination, events administration, or similar role
- Experience coordinating B2B tradeshows or events, including logistics and cross-regional collaboration
- Strong administrative skills, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget tracking
- Experience using CRM and digital marketing platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Confidence working with SharePoint or similar content and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership and follow through
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a willingness to support a fast-moving global team
- Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
