Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator supports the Project Marketing Manager across residential, rental, and commercial developments in Vancouver. Responsibilities span campaign execution, digital strategy, sales centre support, and brand storytelling. Duties include coordinating timelines and budgets with consultants, drafting marketing collateral and advertising campaigns, organizing presentation centres and site visits, conducting market research, managing vendor contracts and closings/move-ins with customer care, maintaining purchaser CRM, planning events for launches and early community engagement, creating and directing digital content and social media calendars, contributing to blog posts and newsletters, handling digital analytics and website reports, and ensuring marketing files are organized and uploaded to company databases. Proficiency in Windows suite, Canva, and design tools (InDesign/Illustrator) is valued, as is ability to manage multiple schedules and data needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience preferred
- 1-3 years of development, marketing or real estate industry experience preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, Acrobat Pro DC, social media platforms
