Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across 13 markets in Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Montana. Responsibilities include coordinating company events and trade shows, supporting social media and digital marketing efforts, assisting with video content creation, supporting branding assets (vehicle wraps and signage), maintaining internal website content, and collaborating with sales, operations, HR, and leadership. The role involves creating and editing marketing materials, coordinating branding projects, tracking projects and deadlines, providing backup administrative support, and contributing to internal communications and employee-focused messaging. The position offers opportunities to expand skills in marketing, communications, content creation, and event management within a growing regional organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, content creation, or a related field
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, trade shows, or company-sponsored activities
- Experience creating marketing materials, social media content, or other digital communications assets
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns from planning through execution
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Experience maintaining website content using a CMS or intranet platform
- Experience supporting internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, or corporate communications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
