Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator & Executive Support Specialist to drive brand growth and support company leadership. Primary 70-80% marketing responsibilities including planning, executing campaigns across locations, social content, flyers/signage, email campaigns, website content, online listings, social media engagement, calendars, vendor coordination, location materials verification, and performance reporting; secondary 20-30% administrative support for leadership, scheduling, meetings, events, internal communications, and documents. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, or a related role
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, or website CMS preferred
- Experience using AI tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-location businesses is a plus
