Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator role supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager in drafting, editing and proofreading marketing copy and collateral for campaigns, emails, push notifications, print materials and internal communications; coordinating monthly internal calendars; managing in-gym digital display content; organizing content for cross-functional teams; auditing online listings; creating QR codes, UTMs and tracking links; and providing general department support with project tracking and asset organization. Requires 1–3 years of marketing/coordination experience, strong written/verbal communication, excellent organization, ability to work independently and with a team, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field (or equivalent experience). The role is full-time with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule in Dallas, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination or a related role
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- experience with marketing tools, content platforms or link-tracking tools, or willingness to learn
- genuine interest in health, fitness or lifestyle brands
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
