Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator for a ~4-month contract engagement. You will support demand generation, event coordination, content development, and social media management across platforms; build HubSpot landing pages and forms, deploy email campaigns, manage social content, track project plans in Monday.com, and generate reporting for campaign optimization. Responsibilities include creating sales assets (brochures, presentations, one-pagers), managing event/tradeshow logistics, monitoring social channels (organic and paid), and collaborating with internal and external teams to move campaigns forward.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or marketing operations
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (landing pages and forms)
- Experience with email marketing platforms and organic B2B social media
- Experience with Monday.com or a comparable project management tool
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
