Job Summary
Entry-level Marketing Coordinator focusing on lifecycle marketing campaigns and data-driven optimization. You will build and QA email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid, set up automated lifecycle flows, manage audience lists, prepare email templates, coordinate campaign timelines, and track performance with open/click/conversion metrics. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), support A/B testing and reporting, collaborate with design and content teams, and work closely with the Director of Marketing. The role offers mentorship, hands-on experience with enterprise platforms from day one, and a growth path toward roles like Lifecycle Marketing Specialist or Marketing Analyst.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open rates, click-through rates
- Comfortable working with data and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail
- Great written communication skills in English
- Eagerness to learn marketing platforms
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong asset
