Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator role supporting CHG Healthcare’s brand team with content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling. Responsibilities include coordinating production of marketing deliverables with creative/project/interactive teams; developing content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and YouTube from concept to final edit; drafting internal briefs and assisting with writing projects; partnering with internal stakeholders to shepherd projects from kickoff to completion; reviewing copy and design for brand adherence; supporting media plan management and marketing programs (email, events, print, paid media, social channels); scheduling meetings and handling notes; processing invoicing and budget requests; and assisting brand managers with special requests. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication/business, 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The salary range is provided as $49,920–$81,307 annually, with compensation influenced by location and experience.
