Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary
Execute mission-aligned marketing and communications supporting fundraising, donor stewardship, and parish engagement across digital, print, direct mail, and event channels. Manage campaign execution by coordinating timelines, vendors, creative assets, and deliverables while partnering with the Development team to route qualified leads. Maintain brand identity through accurate messaging and storytelling, monitor analytics to prepare performance reports, and organize operational systems including calendars, assets, and contact lists. Full-time, 40-hour on-site role with minimal evening or weekend work. The Catholic Foundation of Northeast Kansas partners with parishes and organizations across the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas to foster meaningful engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, nonprofit management, or related field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit advancement, fundraising support, parish/ministry communications, or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace including mail merge function
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate skill level working with webpage software and graphics including typography
- Ability to track engagement metrics and use data to recommend practical improvements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Intermediate proficiency managing multichannel marketing and using email marketing tools, content management systems, social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
- Intermediate proficiency with marketing automation, planned giving or fundraising platforms, donor databases, CRM systems, or similar tools
- Practicing Catholic
