Job Summary
Monitor digital and promotional metrics, manage social media pages, and oversee reputation management and patient engagement. Coordinate internal promotions, events, and B2B partnerships to drive brand awareness and improve patient experience. Support office staff with customer service training and build relationships with schools, community members, and referring dentists. Requires weekly travel to Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations. Full-time Monday through Thursday with some evening or weekend availability. Marketing background required; dental knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing background
- Must be willing to travel to our Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations on a weekly basis
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
