Job Summary
Monitor digital and promotional metrics, manage social media pages, and oversee reputation management and patient engagement. Lead internal promotions and events to enhance patient experience while supporting customer service training. Develop strategic relationships with schools, community members, and referring dentists to drive brand awareness through B2B partnerships and local initiatives. This role requires weekly travel to Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations. Full-time Monday through Thursday hours with some evening or weekend availability. Competitive compensation includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) options. Marketing background is required; dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred.
