Job Summary
Coordinate and execute marketing, events, and community engagement initiatives to drive traffic and enhance retailer engagement at Prudential Center. Oversee signage programs, manage website content and social media campaigns, and create marketing materials in partnership with the design team. Develop relationships with retailers and office clients, prospect sponsors, and facilitate activations while monitoring retail sales data. Work with Property Management to address under-performing retailers and support regional marketing initiatives. Report quarterly forecasts and variances as part of the annual budget process. Flexibility with nights and weekends is required for event preparation.
Required Qualifications
- A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, events and/or communications
- social media management experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to create timelines, exceed deadlines, and juggle many projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Creativity and ability to initiate ideas and develop programs
- Flexibility with work schedule as work on nights and weekends is required when marketing events are occurring or are requiring preparation
- Experience in providing direction to external designers, printers, and other vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Regularly interfaces both verbally and in writing, with client contacts, with the leasing, construction, development, and financial teams as well as external vendors, construction professionals, consultants, and with the general public
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic web design, graphic design, and desktop publishing programs (Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite)
