Job Summary
Marketing Coordinator responsible for end-to-end marketing material distribution, branch support, event logistics, sponsorship tracking, and corporate communications. Duties include managing inventory and shipping logistics for marketing assets, coordinating compliance approvals, maintaining records, supporting internal and external communications across channels, planning company events and leadership communications, vendor management, crisis communication support, and ensuring adherence to security and privacy standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1-2 years of experience with traditional/digital marketing, content marketing, and cross-functional collaboration; proficient in MS Office and communication tools; strong organizational and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred and 1-2 years proven experience as a marketing coordinator, banking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusion.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
