Job Summary

Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan across channels including social media, website, campaigns, tradeshow participation, CRM, event planning, and branding. Responsibilities include producing marketing materials with product teams, launching campaigns for new products, managing distribution channels, researching customer needs and product demand, ensuring consistent branding and communications, analyzing campaign effectiveness, coordinating trade shows and public appearances, serving as a public relations representative, maintaining industry relationships, supporting proposals and trademark management, and managing marketing assets. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, plus hands-on experience with HTML5 templates, SEO, email campaigns, Photoshop, and Zoho CRM; strong communication and multitasking abilities; capable of independent work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Two years of related work experience or a Master’s degree in the listed fields without work experience
  • Ability to use an HTML5 template to create a responsive website
  • Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Experience with email campaigns
  • Hands-on Photoshop or similar graphics design programs
  • Interim secret clearance or above preferred
