Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will support English-language marketing and communications across North America and Israel, assisting with social media management, email campaigns, newsletters, and content creation. Responsibilities include drafting, formatting, and designing newsletters and social posts; analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM data; coordinating email/social calendars and media assets for podcast and video production; ensuring brand consistency through collaboration with internal teams; and producing marketing collateral. Requires strong writing and proofreading, 1-5 years of marketing experience, and proficiency with MailChimp; Salesforce knowledge is a plus. BA or equivalent is required. The role emphasizes a fast-paced, detail-oriented, collaborative environment and is based in NYC.
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years' experience in marketing and communications
- Experience with MailChimp or comparable email marketing platform
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (a plus)
- Strong writing and proofreading abilities
- BA or equivalent
- Experience creating and producing digital content for social media; familiarity with Canva; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and Monday.com
