Marketing Content & Social Media Specialist

Creative Marketing Content & Social Media Specialist to support content creation, social media management, video production, and brand storytelling across a national organization. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day social media publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms; developing and executing content calendars; monitoring engagement and community management; creating social graphics, videos, reels, and long-form content; developing written content for blogs, emails, and internal communications; assisting with photography and video content from field teams and events; coordinating employee and clinician spotlight content; supporting recruiting campaigns and employer-brand initiatives; editing short-form and long-form video content; repurposing content for multiple formats; supporting email marketing campaigns, event marketing, sponsorship activations, and community outreach; ensuring content aligns with brand standards. Required qualifications include 2+ years in social media or related fields, experience with major social platforms, video editing, strong writing, and Canva or similar tools. Preferred qualifications include healthcare/education/human services content experience, recruiting/brand initiatives, photography/videography, Adobe Creative Suite, and distributed/multi-location organization experience. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is based in Deerfield Beach, FL.
