Job Summary
Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Truth Social, YouTube, and Rumble to drive growth, engagement, and lead generation. Write, edit, and publish 5-10 blog articles monthly while managing the Social Media Specialist. Maintain website content and serve as final review point for all marketing assets. Produce biweekly media intelligence reports and distribute the monthly Patriot Press newsletter. Lead content strategy for company-sponsored events and partner campaigns with organizations like AMAC and NRA. Coordinate event photo/video collection and produce post-event recap content. Collaborate with designers on brand-aligned materials and write radio scripts. Report to the SVP of Marketing & Partnerships, with evening events and some travel to conferences as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong writing and project management skills
- Social media administrator experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and graphics tools such as Canva
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-driven, collaborative, and positive team player
- Experience with Wordpress CMS
- Bachelor's degree, from a regionally accredited college, in Print/Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Political Science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the political environment
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas
- Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Must be available for evening events
- Must be willing to travel to conferences and conventions as needed
