Job Summary
Design engaging visual content for social media platforms and assist in shooting and editing posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Edit and retouch photos and videos from live events for promotional use, managing the full content creation process from brainstorming and planning to filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking. This unpaid internship in Austin, Texas, offers Fall 2026 field work for individuals pursuing degrees in Film, Visual Arts, Communications, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Film, Visual Arts, Communications, Radio + Television, or related fields
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends
- Interest in the entertainment industry
- Available for in-person work with a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, to assist with content production and editing
Desired Qualifications
- Portfolio or examples of previous content preferred
- Experience serving as on-camera talent/willingness to be on camera or assisting behind camera
- Experience with short-form video content
