Job Summary
Senior Marketing Content Director responsible for defining and governing TriNet's enterprise content strategy across marketing channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across customer and prospect touchpoints. Leads content execution in support of demand generation campaigns, product launches, web initiatives, sales enablement, and customer marketing; manages the master content calendar; expands content footprint into high‐impact formats such as video and podcasts; partners with product marketing, demand generation, brand, digital, PR, and field marketing to ensure integrated, on‐message, performance‐driven content; leverages internal experts to develop thought leadership content (white papers, executive perspectives, timely legislative or compliance updates); drives cross‐functional alignment to avoid duplication; monitors content performance using engagement, pipeline, and conversion metrics and continuously improves effectiveness; stays current on content, storytelling, and digital engagement best practices; travel approximately 20%; location preference is Atlanta with in‐office setup; compensation range $125,000 to $250,000; bonuses and comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically 8+ years Content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing roles within a B2B environment
- Proven track record leading enterprise‐level content strategy and execution without direct people management
