Job Summary
Marketing & Content Coordinator will create and edit video/content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts), manage social content and calendars, produce graphics and marketing materials, and develop case studies and event content. Responsibilities include editing short-form videos, adding captions/graphics, repurposing long-form video into multiple pieces, maintaining a content library, scheduling/publishing content, creating Canva graphics, writing captions and post copy, tracking engagement, designing materials (case studies, one-page sheets, slides, sales collateral), supporting direct mail campaigns, promoting webinars/events, and recapping post-event content. Ideal candidates are strong in Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar), have excellent written communication, attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn; remote/hybrid options are noted, with compensation $18-$25 per hour on a part-time basis, and an expectation of 10-15 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Canva skills
- Experience with CapCut
- Experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut
