Marketing Content & Communications Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and manage content for the company website, email campaigns, social media channels, and printed marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and press releases. Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging for dealers and sales teams while partnering with engineering and product management to ensure accuracy. Support new product launches by coordinating messaging across multiple platforms and managing editorial calendars to drive visibility through SEO best practices. Maintain brand standards and monitor content performance based on analytics and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, journalism, product marketing, or related work
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate technical product information into clear, compelling, customer-facing messaging
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience creating content for websites, social media, email campaigns, sales collateral, brochures, and product communications
- Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, social media, and content performance analytics
- Experience with content management systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, truck equipment, dealer networks, municipal equipment, or industrial/B2B marketing strongly preferred
