Job Summary
Marketing Consultant (Contractor) needed to design and execute life-sciences-focused marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include developing and managing automatic drip campaigns targeting life sciences and adjacent markets, crafting omni-channel marketing strategies (email, content, social media), conducting market research to identify trends, and collaborating with product teams to highlight innovations. Requires experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp), ability to distill complex scientific content into compelling materials, and strong analytics to optimize engagement, leads, and conversions. Prior work with life sciences, biotechnology, or scientific equipment manufacturers is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, a related scientific field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the life sciences, biotechnology sector, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in designing marketing strategies for life sciences or adjacent markets such as healthcare, technology, or research industries.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp) for drip campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Strong understanding of scientific and technical content, with the ability to distill complex concepts into compelling marketing materials.
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvements.
