Job Summary
Quality partner to the Commercial organisation in Croatia, supporting GMP and GDP strategy and activities; implement and execute the MCOQ GMP and GDP Quality System and framework; define, develop, deploy and monitor GMP/GDP policies and standards; manage documentation lifecycle to meet local regulatory requirements; ensure business continuity and lead Country Marketing Company Quality Management Review; collaborate cross-functionally, oversee vendor management, risk and issue management, inspection and audit readiness, regulatory interactions, and change management to support divestments, acquisitions, licensing, and product launches; maintain QMS compliance and drive continuous improvement across country operations; requires university degree, experience in bio/pharma quality functions, GDP/GMP/QMS knowledge, Croatian (native) and English skills, and ability to work independently and lead projects.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in pharmacy, life sciences or a related field
- Experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry within a Quality function
- Experience in GDP, GMP and QMS management
- Native-level Croatian language skills
- Strong English communication skills
