Job Summary
Marketing & Community Coordinator to support Marketing and Community teams with administrative, logistical, and event coordination duties. Hybrid role based in Buhler and Wichita with on-site 2–3 days/week, occasional remote work, and travel to events. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for community events, sponsorship activities, managing marketing materials and inventory, vendor coordination, employee engagement activities, budgeting/tracking, print orders, and facilitating collaboration between Marketing and Community Relations. Must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects; excellent communication and teamwork required. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related experience; travel between Wichita and Buhler.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, scheduling, project coordination, or a related role
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, conferences, lunches, or similar activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, and collaboration tools
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with others
- Ability to travel between Wichita, Buhler, and other event locations as needed
