Job Summary

Marketing & Communications – Vice President responsible for leading internal and executive communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement in Japan for JP Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank. Develop and execute proactive internal and executive communications, write high-quality content (newsletters, town halls, announcements, speeches, thought leadership, internal articles) for multiple channels, and manage employee events for local and international leaders. Build strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams, advise on messaging aligned with the broader communications strategy, oversee end-to-end communications projects, collaborate with Global/APAC CIB Communications, support media relations and issue management, and deliver communications initiatives aligned with business objectives for internal and external audiences. Requires deep experience in corporate communications, ability to lead and influence across teams, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and fluency in Japanese and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and align across cross-functional teams while interacting with multiple stakeholders
