Job Summary
Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of sponsorship, hospitality, and tournament media activations. Oversee sponsor relationships, proposals, contracts, and collections while coordinating with the sales team and Title Sponsor on branding and event elements. Lead the execution of annual events including kickoff days, preview days, golf outings, and media days, while preparing post-tournament recaps. Manage partner contracts in CRM and assist with public relations, website, and social media platforms. Collaborate with the Tournament Director on scheduling promotional appearances. Work a flexible schedule including long hours, weekends, and holidays within a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior tournament experience including sponsorship, hospitality and marketing
- Ability to lead and manage multiple relationships and stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products, PowerPoint, Canva, Quickbooks, etc.
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Creative abilities with experience in presentations, marketing, social and digital media
- Able to work a flexible schedule including long hours, weekends, and some holidays
- Team player who is a good culture fit
- Ability to excel in high-pressure environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills
- Highest degree of ethics and professional conduct
- Confident, pro-active, creative, and collaborative style that assimilates well within a team
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Event Planning, Office Management, and/or Sporting Events
