Marketing Communications Specialist

Leads development and governance of messaging across digital, print, social, PR, branch communications, and internal channels. Writes and develops product messaging, website content, email copy, social content, and PR materials while ensuring alignment with brand voice, values, and strategic priorities. Identifies member, employee, and community stories and translates them into engaging content to strengthen awareness, trust, and connection. Manages an integrated editorial calendar and ensures content is accurate, compliant, audience-appropriate, and impactful. Oversees PR strategy, crisis communications, and reputation management, and guides internal communications to align with organizational initiatives. Translates complex financial concepts into clear, audience-friendly content, and collaborates with HR and leadership to support organization-wide messaging. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of experience in marketing/communications, with a strong writing ability and experience across digital, social, internal, executive, and public relations channels.
