Job Summary
Marketing & Communications Specialist will lead Europe and Asia marketing and communications efforts, driving multi-channel campaigns, crafting messaging, developing content assets (web pages, articles, case studies, emails), and aligning regional priorities with enterprise campaigns. The role includes internal and executive communications, stakeholder coordination, performance analysis, competitive/market intelligence, and managing a small marketing team. Key skills include strong storytelling, project management, collaboration across teams, proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, InDesign experience, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives while upholding brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience working on marketing and/or communications campaigns, preferably for a marketing agency or in B2G or B2B environments
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing a small team of marketers
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with creative teams and proficiency with InDesign
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Seismic) and event tools (Go-to-Webinar)
- Experience with internal communications tools (SharePoint, enterprise social networks, Poppulo)
- Ability to work across teams in a highly collaborative environment
