Marketing & Communications Specialist

Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and growth goals across Europe and Asia. Develop messaging and value propositions, manage content assets (web pages, social media, articles, papers, case studies, webinars, targeted emails), and partner with leaders and SMEs to align campaigns with regional priorities. Monitor performance, analyze results, and apply insights to improve effectiveness; stay aligned with enterprise campaigns and regional communications strategy. Manage a small marketing team and lead internal communications initiatives (executive communications, newsletters, town halls) while coordinating with external contributors and maintaining brand guidelines. Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to support campaigns and demand generation, and leverage storytelling to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience working on marketing and/or communications campaigns
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing a small team of marketers
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to turn complex topics into narratives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with creative teams and InDesign
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and digital event tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Seismic, Go-to-Webinar)
- Experience with internal communications tools such as SharePoint, enterprise social networks, employee communications platforms (Poppulo) or equivalents
- Ability to work across teams in a collaborative way
- Proactive self-starter able to manage day-to-day tasks independently
