Job Summary
Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Europe and Asia, develop messaging and value propositions, create and manage content assets (web pages, social media, articles, papers, case studies, webinars, targeted emails), monitor campaign performance and competitive trends, align regional priorities with enterprise campaigns, manage a small marketing team, and lead internal communications campaigns and processes with brand-consistent messaging. Responsibilities include coordinating external contributors, overseeing purchase orders and invoices, and driving seamless execution of communications strategies across the Europe and Asia regions. Requires collaboration with senior leaders, strong storytelling, project and time-management skills, experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Seismic, Go-to-Webinar), and proficiency with InDesign and internal communications platforms.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years of experience working on marketing and/or communications campaigns, preferably for a marketing agency or in B2G or B2B environments.
