Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary
Lead development of high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals to showcase Boingo's expertise; strategize RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with internal stakeholders to align proposal strategy with business objectives, conduct competitor research, and leverage AI tools to improve content and scoring metrics. Write and edit proposal content in Boingo’s brand voice, manage proposal logistics and timelines, gather technical, financial, and operational details from cross-functional teams, maintain and update proposal templates and content libraries, partner with Business Development, Sales, Product, Solution Design, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Creative Services, serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries, and track KPIs such as win rates and response times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience managing RFPs, proposals, and pitch decks
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive, customer-focused content
- Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with proposal management tools (Loopio preferred)
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy under pressure
