Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a central role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across Biltmore Farms’ portfolio, serving as a hub for content flow and campaign execution. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-channel campaigns, shaping messaging and storytelling, managing shoots and vendor relationships, aligning content with digital strategy, supporting tenant communications and grand-opening activities, driving timelines and approvals across concurrent projects, and contributing ideas to strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement. The role requires strong writing, editorial, organizational, and project-management skills, collaboration across teams, and comfort with both independent and team work. The position is based in-office with occasional remote opportunities and uses tools like WordPress, Asana, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Operations, Project Management, Journalism, or related field; AND four (4) years of professional experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, content strategy, or related field
- Experience leading and coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities effectively
