Job Summary
Coordinate communications initiatives across growth, HR, IT security, and safety topics while managing workflows for internal audiences. Leverage AI and Large Language Models to generate, refine, and scale content, ensuring adherence to AP Style and brand guidelines. Design repeatable content systems that improve efficiency and scalability, utilizing Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Planner to track tasks and adjust timelines. Manage projects and deadlines by communicating updates to multiple stakeholders. This role supports Beacon Technologies' client partner with a focus on translating complex business topics into clear messaging.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or project management
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, or workflow management systems (e.g., Workfront, HubSpot, Microsoft Planner)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to translate complex business topics into clear, structured communications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support and accelerate communications workflows
- This role follows a hybrid work model and can be based in Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing communications initiatives in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude), and responsible use of AI in communications workflows
